Some of our camps are co-ed, while others are designed specifically for boys or girls. We offer a variety of programs to ensure all players have the best possible experience. Our All Levels and recreational camps are typically co-ed, while certain competitive or specialized training sessions may be gender-specific.
Each camp listing will indicate whether it is co-ed or not, so be sure to check the details when registering. If you’re unsure which camp is the best fit for your player, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help!

Yes! Parents are more than welcome to watch their players during training sessions. We love having supportive families on the sidelines, and it’s a great opportunity to see your child’s development in action. While we encourage a positive and encouraging atmosphere, we do ask that parents allow our coaches to lead the sessions without interruption. Grab a seat, enjoy the training, and cheer them on!
If you have any trouble with the registration process or need assistance, feel free to reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to help!

To ensure the best experience for all athletes, players are grouped when needed based on a combination of age, skill level, and experience. This approach allows each player to train in a challenging yet supportive environment that promotes development, confidence, and enjoyment.
At the start of a program, our coaches assess players through warm-ups and drills to ensure they are placed in the most appropriate group. Throughout training, adjustments may be made to keep players engaged and progressing at the right pace. Our goal is to create balanced and competitive training groups where every player can improve while feeling comfortable and motivated.
If you have specific concerns about your child’s placement, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to work with families to create the best possible experience!
